At Taste of the Balkans, we carefully prepare and package every order to help ensure your products arrive safely and in good condition. All orders are fulfilled from our location in Clifton, New Jersey.

Nationwide Shipping

We offer shipping to eligible destinations throughout the United States via UPS Ground.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on factors including:

• Delivery destination
• Total order weight
• Package size
• Available UPS service and carrier rates

Because many of our products include beverages, jars, bottles, canned goods, and other heavy items, shipping costs may vary depending on the contents and destination of your order.

The shipping price displayed at checkout is calculated specifically for your order.

Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are generally prepared for shipment as quickly as possible. UPS transit times displayed at checkout begin after the order has been processed and transferred to the carrier.

Carrier delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Weather, holidays, high shipping volume, transportation disruptions, or other carrier-related circumstances may cause delays.

Local Delivery — New Jersey & New York

Local delivery is available to eligible addresses in New Jersey and New York.

Delivery availability and pricing are determined at checkout based on the customer's address and the delivery options available for that location.

Same-day delivery may be available for qualifying orders and locations.

Frozen, Refrigerated & Perishable Products

Certain frozen, refrigerated, fresh, or temperature-sensitive products may require special shipping or may be restricted to local delivery.

Customers should review any shipping information shown on the product page and at checkout before completing their order.

Heavy & Fragile Orders

Orders containing glass bottles, beverages, jars, cases, or other heavy or fragile products require additional care during transportation.

Please inspect your package promptly upon delivery.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, leaking, opened, or with missing/broken products, please contact Taste of the Balkans as soon as possible after delivery.

Please keep all original packaging and provide clear photographs of:

• The outside of the shipping box
• The shipping label
• The inside packaging
• Any damaged or broken products

Please do not discard the package or damaged items until the issue has been reviewed, as the shipping carrier may require them for a damage claim.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout.

Taste of the Balkans is not responsible for delays or additional carrier charges caused by incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped.

Carrier Delays

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, transportation and delivery are handled by the carrier. We will assist customers when possible if a shipment is delayed, damaged, or experiences a delivery issue.
